Welcome to our maple family! My name is Maynard Hoff. My wife, Connie, and I established Maple Creek Sugar Bush in 2010. I have been working with maple syrup ever since I was in high school and have always had a love for the woods and nature. There is nothing better than the smell of sap cooking on a cold evening. Since 2010, we been able to grow our business along with our family as well. With four generations currently involved, it is the true definition of a family business. My kids grew up helping at a local company I was involved with.  Later, once we established Maple Creek, I had the privilege of watching my grandchildren and great-grandchildren grow up while working right here- cooking in our syrup house, working in our woods, and generally being able to spend valuable time together.  We currently have around 5,550 taps, with most of them being on tubing, and cooking some sap from other local producers. We are state licensed, to help ensure the safe production of the maple products we produce. Our focus at Maple Creek Sugarbush is to produce delicious, high quality maple products in a family fun atmosphere.
